2. Use of this website
- You may browse this website and use our enquiry and contact forms for the purpose of finding out about and booking our services. You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our online planning system, or related systems;

We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time, for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.
3. Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not guarantee availability or a booking. Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you give us and may be subject to change if event details change (for example, date, venue, duration, or additional services requested).
4. Bookings, deposits, and payment
4.4 We reserve the right to amend prices for future bookings at any time; the price agreed at the time your booking is confirmed will not change.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
5.3 If TCK Entertainments needs to cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure, below), we will notify you as soon as possible and use reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable alternative or refund any payments made for services not delivered.
6. Your responsibilities
When booking our services, you agree to:
- provide accurate event details, including venue address, timings, access arrangements, and any special requirements;
- ensure the venue provides adequate space, a stable and suitable power supply, and safe access for our equipment and staff, as advised at the time of booking;
- obtain any necessary permissions from the venue for our equipment, lighting, or activities (such as photo booths or uplighting);
inform us of any guests with specific accessibility or other requirements that may affect our setup.
7. Music requests and content
7.1 Where we provide an online music request system, song requests and “do not play” lists are taken into account on a reasonable-efforts basis but cannot always be guaranteed, particularly where requests are incompatible with licensing, equipment, or the nature of the event.
7.2 We reserve the right to decline to play music or content that is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate for the venue or audience.
8. Liability
8.4 We hold appropriate public liability insurance for the provision of our services. A copy of our certificate can be made available on request.
9. Equipment and venue safety
We are responsible for the safe setup and operation of our own equipment. You (or the venue) are responsible for ensuring the venue itself is safe and suitable, and for any venue-specific rules or restrictions that may affect our setup (for example, noise curfews, access times, or power limitations), which should be communicated to us in advance.
10. Photography and video
We may take photographs or video at events we provide entertainment for, for use in our portfolio, website, or social media, where we have your permission to do so. See our Copyright Notice and Privacy Notice for more detail, including how to ask us to remove content featuring you or your guests.
11. Force majeure
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, illness, accident, power failure, venue closure, strikes, or other events of a similar nature. In such circumstances, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution, such as rescheduling or providing a suitable substitute where possible.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, and materials remain the property of TCK Entertainments or our licensors, as set out in our Copyright Notice.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tckentertainments.co.uk so we can try to resolve the matter.
